Refund policy

As our products are perishable, handcrafted goods, all sales are final and items cannot be returned.

Standard order cancellation: We offer a full refund of your prepayment if you notify us of the cancellation no later than one day before the scheduled delivery date.

Custom order cancellation: For orders made to individual specifications, a full refund of your prepayment is available if you notify us of the cancellation no later than 5 days before the scheduled delivery date.
